This condo is located in the very special Ave Maria community next to one of the most spectacular Catholic churches in the world. There are shops and super markets and restaurants at your doorstep, plus fabulous views from your deck. This is also the home of Ave Maria University. Only a very few miles from a large casino if you like to try your luck! NOTE: Pool and gym facilities only available to long term renters (30 days or more). Pool and gym not available to short term rentals.

We were there for my nephew's wedding. We walked to the church. It was a fantastic location in a lovely little town.

I have a student at the university and was there for the weekend to attend some events on campus. I love the location, proximity to attend Mass, the adoration chapel, the campus, restaurants, grocery store, and there was even a farmer's market on Saturday. My son took a break and stayed with me for two nights. A spectacular weekend overall.

The unit was perfectly located but was also very nicely appointed and very clean. Communication with the owners was easy, we really don’t have anything negative to say!

Great location. Condo was not clean per typical upon arrival. Kitchen utensils and cookware is not acceptable.Condo furnishings are tired and worn.
After cleaning and buying some required kitchen dish ware the stay was good due to location . Ok just be ready to take a day upon arrival to clean and set it up
