The Owner has asked that guests keep the air conditioner temperature setting between 71°F to 75°F. to avoid mold and mildew. Therefore, your thermostat will allow adjustments within this prescribed temperature range.
In addition, the air conditioner system is controlled with shut-off switches on the doors and windows. Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will only delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. If you are experiencing a rise in the inside temperature, simply make sure all doors/window are closed and wait for the AC to resume normal operation.

Condo was beautiful and comfortable. It was stocked very well for all of our needs. Free beach chairs were a great added bonus. We had a relaxing and quiet weekend getaway for our anniversary. Check in was easy and staff were very pleasant and always smiling. We would definitely rebook with our host and condo.

OMGOODNESS! This stay was all we wanted and more! The check in host was kind and helpful. The location was perfectly located, being in walking distance from many activities! The condo was very clean with an AWESOME unobstructed view of the beautiful beach! We will most definitely stay at this location again!

Room was very nice and would highly recommend. The company was very professional. We just didn't love the hotel. We went during fall break time and the elevators were horrible. Because this is such a huge hotel it was just way too crowded for me. You had to stand in line every morning on the beach to get your free chairs and umbrellas but since you are not a "paying customer" you only got to sit in the 2nd or 3rd row. I just assumed whom we rented from were "paying customers."
