The condo is well appointed with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The kitchen has everything you need to be a chef or a short order cook. There is also a gas grill on the main patio.
The condo is away from the main highway and in the Sirenis Resort residence complex. There is a gated security staff full time.

Really enjoyed this condo. Very quiet and great base for going to Playa, Tulum, and other places. You do need to rent a car which we did anyway. There are a few conveniences in the Grand Sirenis area--Oxxo (like 7 Eleven), Pharmacy, Surf type shop, etc. Host gave great suggestions in info packet about where to shop, etc. Host was extremely responsive to any queries. WIFI works well. Fans in most every room. Beautiful lanai balcony we sat on each night. Beautiful surroundings. Condo had snorkel equipment, beach towels, umbrella and chairs. Beach at resort is a bit difficult as lots of reef but several beaches within easy driving distance. If you're really adventurous go down to Punta Allen--4 hrs each way but well worth it. Again, great stay....

The place is exactly as described online and is very comfortable. The deck chairs and the hammocks are a great place to relax! Very nice and clean gated community. We would definitely recommend this to our family & friends

We stayed for the month of February 2023. The condo was very well equipped, and had everything one would need. Rob and
Vonda were fabulous hosts, and provided us with lots of good information about the property and also a binder for guests that included lots of suggestions and locations/driving tips for local restaurants, beaches and activities. It’s in a very quiet location, surrounded by jungle, and only 200-300 metres from a very quiet, beautiful beach with impressive waves. Lovely to look at, but not easily swimmable. The condo pool is small but beautiful, and well shaded with ample chairs/chaise longues. Highly recommended for those wanting a quiet stay, away from loud resorts, but close driving distance to charming towns and accessible ocean swimming and restaurants (Akumal, Puerto Aventuras and Tulum). Thank you Rob and Vonda for a wonderful stay! .

The condo is well stocked, in a secure location and has all the amenities you could desire. My family had a wonderful time there and I would highly recommend this condo. Great communications with Rob and Vonda.
