Le Mabouya Marin, duplex with large terrace facing the lagoon, beach 50 m'away

It was realy perfect to stay at Christal Beach in the House of Praticia. We are warm welcomend and everything was optimal organized, Dinner was ordered, House was clean, the Beach in front of the Garden (15m)! Airconditioning worked well and the swimming Pool 🏊‍♀️30m to Walk inside the area👍

It was easy and painless to book the apartment. I was communicating with Veronika (the manager of the apartment) who sent us a package with information on what to do, car rentals in the area and restaurants that came very handy. We rented a car from one of rentals on the list and were happy with our choice as price for our car would be much higher if we rented at the airport. We arrived late in the evening and Veronika arranged to meet us, which was very warm and personal welcoming. She showed us the apartment that was nicely decorated, clean and well supplied with everything we might have needed for our stay and beyond. It was a lovely touch to bring us some bread and bananas and have some Nespresso coffee capsules for the next morning breakfast! She also made sure that we had a crib for our baby (and a little blanket in it ☺). The next morning we woke up to see that the apartment literary is on the beach! The view from the apartment is fantastic and you can walk out to the beach and swim in 1 min! There is a terrace with a table and chairs, and lounge chairs to enjoy the beach and the view from the apartment! The Crystal beach community where the apartment is located has two swimming pools that our children just loved. Also, the community complex feels very safe, where our children could run around. The residence is located a short ride to St. Francis center (about 5 min) where we enjoyed several very good restaurants (also from the suggested list). Also, the best bakery in town is located right outside of the community gate (best baguettes and Chaussons aux pommes ever (aka apple turnovers☺)!) To sum it up – we really enjoyed our stay in Mabouya Marine Crystal beach apartment and Veronika made everything possible to make us fee welcomed and helped us with all we needed! Thank you!!! PS: the owner sent us a welcome gift – a very cute tote-bag, that came very handy for fetching those baguettes in the morning. Thank you!

We are super happy with the apartment! Just totally renovated with high standard, clean, nicely decorated with carefully selected interior and the kitchen equipped with all the accessories you would need. The access to the veranda and grass through the sliding glass door is just brilliant! We had almost every meal at home out there. And of course very nice to sit out there in the evening to watch the stars and hear the ocean. We can easily recommend this place to everyone! We never talked to the owner but the contact person on site, Veronika, was extremely helpful and nice to us. That impression we got about the owner as well via Veronika. We felt very welcome and got help immediately with the few minor things we needed. We also got nice tips what to do around Guadeloupe. Veronika was always there to help and answer questions. She responded quickly on email every time. Regarding the residence Chrystal Beach we are also very pleased. Very calm area with two pools and just by the beach. The best bakery as neighbour and also a nice beach restaurant, hair dresser and gym. The beach is just lovely, to swim or to have relaxing walks on in the sunset. The town Saint-François is calm and quiet with nice restaurants and an exciting fish market every morning. In this apartment we stayed 4 month and before that 1 month in a smaller one, 2 bedrooms, also at Chrystal Beach by the same owner and the same nice and good standard.
