Watch Thursday night fireworks all summer long from your remarkable 50 ft balcony with entrance from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms, all overlooking Palace Playland and the beach. The unit has new furniture throughout. Including towels & linens. 55” flat screen tv in living room. Master bedroom has King size bed, with frenchdoors leading out onto the 50 foot deck. 2nd Bedroom has 1 Queen & 3rd Bedroom has 1 queen with frenchdoors leading out to balcony. Queen pull out sofa in living room. 1 cot also provided.

I absolutely loved my stay in this unit. The pictures were exactly as how the unit was. We had brought trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, all of that was already provided by the host. Had a fully furnished kitchen with plates, bowls, coffee cups, knives, and even a spice rack. I would definitely stay in this unit again. The highlight was watching the fireworks from the balcony.

The power washing at 4 a m and street sweeper and Sysco trucks at 5 a m was very disruptive and it was daily. Otherwise a very nice beach and warm sunny weather. And the host was very kind and helpful.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 (3 generations). The location is wonderful for teens. They spent lots of time at the amusement park right outside our door. The beach is also steps away. The condo itself was so clean and beautifully decorated.The owner thought of everything (except coffee!) Everything is very well maintained which hasn’t always been our experience. We would all highly recommend this rental property! Thank you!
