About this house rental
Marsh & Ocean views-Loads of space to relax on four porches and watch the sun set over the marsh. Inverted floor plan maximizes views. Private beach access for Sunshine Ln. 3-4 min walk from door to toes in the surf.

*Pool Policy: Overnight temps must be in the high 50`s at least. Heater usually maintains 10-20 degrees above outdoor temp, available May-October (& often April & November) for an additional fee.
*Cause we know how it is to pack the family car for a beach trip, we provide: Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, and much more.*
Very kid friendly with toys and games, books, two toddler trundle beds (one under each King bed), pack n play, toddler dining booster seat, baby gate. Various bikes and helmets, beach wagon, camp chairs, and beach toys are available for use. Smart lock entry
Master bedroom with king, queen bedroom, bunk room and laundry located on the first floor. Second king bedroom and its bathroom, kitchen and great room located on second floor.
*WEATHER*
We can not predict or control weather, so we don`t offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance

Parking for 5 cars in driveway. Car needed to get to stores and shops.
We know packing for travel, especially with kids, can be frustrating. We strive to provide as much as we can for our guests. Unlike most beach houses, we provide most personal and household products, some of which include: Shampoo, conditioner, kids shampoo, body wash, cleaning products, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

House was exactly what we needed. Location was great and pool was a bonus for the kids. The kids loved the goodie basket too!! We had 2 families with kids ranging from 3-19. We had a great time and made some lasting memories!

Our stay was fabulous for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids under 3. The house was extremely clean, modern and well equipped for children, including lots of toys, books and even a pack and play for the baby. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the beach at the end of the street and with the beach wagon, beach toys and bikes all provided, there was always something to do. We spent a ton of time just hanging out on the various porches and at the pool. Jandy was a very responsive host and patient with all our questions. Hands down, it was an amazing, relaxing stay and we can't wait to come back soon.

The house itself was beautifully furnished with comfy beds and a decently stocked kitchen. Plus, you can’t beat being under a 5-minute walk to the sand.However, a major heads-up for families: there is very little to do in the immediate area. Because the weather was too chilly to swim, we struggled significantly to keep our two teenagers entertained. We ended up driving 1.5 hours to Myrtle Beach just to find some activity.Bottom line: A lovely, high-quality home, but if you aren't spending every second on the beach, be prepared to drive a long way for any local "action."
