About this house rental
Location, Location, Location!! Nestled in the idyllic Rossville Historical District, this property is a block away from Main Street and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and downtown Hamilton. Whether you’re coming in town for Miami, Spooky Nook, work, family, or just a weekend getaway, you’ll find that this property is the perfect spot to stay. Enjoy a completely renovated property with all new furnishings in a historic 1800’s home.
This property is the oldest rental property in Butler County and on the Historic Registry! This old-world charm brings floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings and exposed brick fireplaces. The property has been completely updated and renovated with all new furniture, furnishings, and appliances. The spacious rooms are all on one floor. Parking is behind the property, 20 feet away from the front door, with your own assigned spot. Enjoy cooking with a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, and beautiful built-in cabinets. Three tv’s (one 65-inch) with cable and high-speed internet. The bedroom has an incredibly comfortable queen bed. Two pull out sofa beds (one queen, one twin) and a blow-up twin air mattress are available for additional guests. The high-end shower head will leave you feeling refreshed! Washer and dryer in the unit stocked with complementary detergent.
You and your guests will have access to the entire property.
