About this apartment rental
Luxury smart apartment set in an industrial farmhouse style with a great view- Completely remodeled and new as of Feb 2020.
Top of the line LG appliances. Including gas range/oven, fridge, microwave and High efficiency washer and steam dryer.
Spa quality shower - marble and quartz used throughout...It's incredible!

The space
This is a quaint and beautiful ground level apartment in a remodeled 1950's era home. Located on a hill next to the mountain. Close enough to all the amenities of a big city but still offers a quiet place to stay away from the hustle and bustle.
There are two bedrooms
Bedroom #1- "The tree room" Offers a High quality Queen Mattress, linens and 30" inch smart TV. Unique features include dimmable vine lights, vines hanging from the ceiling, a massive forest mural on the wall and Red cedar wood ceiling. Each side of the bed is equipped with a personal night time sconce and outlet with USB's
Bedroom #2 - "The bunk room" Offers a Twin size triple bunk bed with High quality mattress and linens. Each bunk is equipped with it's own dimmable light and USB ports for charging your devices. Kids love the bunk room!
Bed #3 - Queen Sofa bed in living room - Memory foam mattress, high quality linens.

Other things to note
We take the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously - as such we are taking extreme measures to sanitize the apartment top to bottom after every stay. This means you are the first to touch all door knobs, switches, pulls/handles, cups, dishes lids ECT... All linens are washed on a sanitary setting after EVERY stay. All surfaces and furniture wiped and disinfected. We take priority in both our safety and our guests safety.

This property was a good location for what we needed. It had just enough entertainment for our kids to forget there was no pool. I love the little details like the headboard light, the mini fans next to that to give some airflow, and the perfect nightlight for the bunkbeds for the kids. It made them feel much better.The owner was responsive, kind, and pretty quick to respond. The house was in a quiet suburb area and this made for quicker travels for us to places we wanted to go.My positives: the little details like night lights in bathroom and bedrooms, the fans for when it got hot, the arcade game kept my kids plenty entertained, the location was good, the pull out sofa, and the TV with streaming services already hooked up. Great water pressureMy negatives: not an equipped enough kitchen to have frozen pizza even, no coffee machine, the whole place had a weird smell most of the time, no extra hand towels or paper towels for cleaning any messes.There were no hand towels or paper towels to clean up any water spills or other messes. I was not informed of there mot being a working coffee maker so not having a coffee maker made things tricky for getting that wake up help in the morning. There were alot of crumbs in the couch so when we went to use the sofa bed alot of those flopped onto the bed. The door handle to get in gets super hot to the touch during the day so be careful grabbing it when opening the door.Overall worth the price and would recommend.

Clean, cute, just the right size! Amazing bathroom & master, many, many, thoughtful amenities like outlets and lights in all the right places as well as extras like coffee, games, lots of fluffy towels, etc. Springville is charming and surprisingly a lot to do! We ran out of town and will definitely be staying here when we come back!
