Charming cottage-like house on the lake in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Enjoy the sunsets from the deck or watch the birds from the spacious living room as your family swims in the pool or goes for kayaking on the lake. Golf courses and stores are within walking distance. This 3 bedrooms, 1 full and two half bathroom house is in a perfect location, close to USF, Bush Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Moffitt and downtown areas, while still providing privacy and peaceful nature typical to Florida.

Property is dated and dowdy but having said that it is fully equipped with all one could need, 1st rate AC control unit, good shower, thoughtfully owners have left all previous renters spices, condiments etc. Gin and Tonic on the back deck overlooking the lake, wonderful place to stay. Owner responsive to a couple of minor niggles, all very satisfactory.

A wonderful, peaceful place to enjoy the Florida warmth in late winter/early spring. Had a couple of issues, but the owners quickly attended to them.

The first impression was not as good as when days passed. It was clean but not neat. The pool is useless not clean. But our employees go there just to sleep and cook some dinner maybe... so it was OK.
