Just a single step inside the door of Ursa Major and you can kick off your shoes and drop your sandy bags off in the spacious mudroom. You will be blown away by the oversized kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or snack. Gather around the kitchen island or sit at the dining table for dinner or family game night.
Grab the popcorn and a glass of wine and head downstairs. Melt in the comfy couch while streaming your favorite movie on Hulu or Amazon Prime on a 75-inch TV. You won’t mind doing laundry in the state of the art laundry room with plenty of room for sorting and folding. The lower level also has a king guest bedroom, bathroom and doors leading outside to the private hot tub.
The top floor features a bunk room that sleeps 3, a queen guest bedroom, a full bathroom and the primary suite with a king bed, attached bathroom and deck overlooking the ocean.

The house was lovely. Everything was really decorated and comfortable. The community amenities need some updating. The public benches are worn down, the parks could use a little tlc and the pool was really disappointing. The pool itself was really disgusting looking. The water was murky and there were piles of dirt in the corners, similar to what you would find in an outdoor pool. For an indoor pool it was really disappointing and the jacuzzi next to it was worse. Yellow water and foamy. The house was amazing, big enough for everyone. Just wish there was a clean pool.

Enjoyed the family time celebrating mom's birthday. Lovely weekend. We enjoyed the shops, restaurants, and the gnome walk. We'll be back.
