It is a newly launched boutique resort featuring 13 luxury vacation homes, 74 private marina slips and a centrally located pool deck and clubhouse. We provide unparalleled service in an intimate setting allowing you to relax and unwind. We are located in Marathon in The Middle Keys, so you can easily explore all that The Keys have to offer.

Marlin bay is an absolute MUST if staying in marathon. The grounds are immaculately kept. The staff is super friendly. The rental homes are ALL beautifully decorated. Very spacious and clean. The home is well stocked with supplies, towels and kitchen stuff. Plenty of parking for your vehicle.They have boat trailer parking right outside the fence of the property.

We had a wonderful experience at Marlin Bay Resort. We found our unit to be both functional and clean. The grounds were well cared for and beautiful.The entire staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The resort is conveniently located close to everything we needed and a perfect spot as a home base to adventure up and down the keys.The only negative is the policy not allowing resort guests to bring their own alcohol to the pool area, however, in all fairness, this policy is explicitly clear in the contract. That said, the pool bar was well appointed, offering options for everyone and the bartenders did a nice job.We will be back, we loved our stay!

We had the best week at Marlin Bay. The home is spotless and absolutely beautiful. The grounds on site are meticulously maintained and the pool was perfect for our 5 year old with the zero gravity entrance. Highly recommend for a wonderful week stay in the keys!
