Small cute house on a quiet street and near lots of stores and shopping area. Host is friendly, house is clean and offers lots of amenities and the candles around are a thoughtful touch. We only wish there was one more bathroom to accomodate the family, and the beds are a tad firmer, but other than that it's a nice choice in the neighborhood.

The host was excellent and we had no issues with the key pads on the doors. I would only suggest a handrail for the stairs. Everything else was perfect in every way. The house was very very clean and close to town. I truly hated to leave. I highly recommend this rental to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to have a fire & take a walk to the river. It was nice to have a bedroom for each of us. The place was clean.

This was not a great experience for us. I messaged the owner the day before check in requesting code access and heard nothing back. Tried messaging several times as we traveled there with a carful of kids, still no reply. We finally arrive and still nothing from the owner. I tried calling the direct number to the owner and was yelled at by a man saying he told VRBO that it’s the wrong number and people keep calling him. At this point, I reached out to VRBO. After a very very lengthy call, and also unable to get a hold of the owner themselves, they put us up in a hotel room for the night and said hopefully they’d get a hold of the owner the next day.
I finally received a message from the owner the following morning with the access code.
The outside of the house needs some serious TLC- grass overgrown, not very welcoming. Also, every VRBO we’ve ever rented (and there have been MANY), the owner always sends us access in advance as well as a list of house rules, places of interest in the area, closing instructions, Wi-Fi access, etc. we received none of this. Would not rent through this owner again. Very disappointing.
