The apartment is noise-protected and you have your own small, delimited garden plot.(Dog owners are welcome)

Each room has a separate entrance. The rooms are right next to each other.
Each room has its own shower and toilet.
In the living.-Bedroom is a fitted kitchen with fridge, 2 hot plates and sink, a double bed, a satellite / TV system, dishes and cooking utensils are available, toaster, kettle and coffee maker and central heating.
A double bed sofa is available in the second room, so that a total of 4 beds are available.
In front of the rooms you can linger on a covered terrace or in the garden, have a barbecue (grill available) or just relax.
You can park your car on the property.
Board games and children's toys are available.
