The cozy cottage is brand new, built in 2023, featuring 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, each with twin bed, and 1 full bathroom. The living room offers plenty of seating with a pull out sofa bed. Fully stocked kitchen with washer/dryer available on site.

Owner`s Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the cottage, fire pit, etc. regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

No smoking allowed/No open flames
No pets allowed
Throw out trash in bags and place in trash
bin outside. Pickup days Mon and Thursday

The little house in West Palm Beach where we stayed was a eye appealing space with great kitchen for cooking and eating and kid friendly bedroom with two bunk beds and a retro wall mounted video game. My kids were thrilled with the joystick fun they had. Video play turned out a big part of our stay!
The house was close to the downtown area. It was a perfect home away from home during our visit to West Palm Beach!
