Welcome to Ocean S’mores, an upgraded and cozy retreat perfectly situated on Crescent Park. Step right outside your door to enjoy Seabrook’s indoor swimming pool, open playfield, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and more. Gather at the community firepit to make tasty s’mores and lasting memories. You’ll also be just a short stroll to town center shops, restaurants, market, amphitheater, and access to the beach.
The bright and open great area includes a spacious gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, wood floors, and a breakfast bar for three. The adjoining dining room seats up to ten, making it perfect for family meals and holiday gatherings.
Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a large sectional sofa, additional seating, gas fireplace, and a 47” flat-screen TV with streaming services, DVD player, and a library of movies. A half bath and full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.
The primary suite is just off the living area and features a king bed with memory foam mattress, flat-screen TV, and a private spa-like bath with double vanity and large tiled shower.
Upstairs, the open media loft includes a 42” flat-screen TV, DVD player, queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of space to relax. The second bedroom has a grand king bed with an oversized chair in the sitting area. You’ll find four twin bunk beds, a full sleeper sofa, and bright, kid-friendly décor in the third bedroom. A full bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination completes the upper floor. Overall, Ocean S’mores sleeps 10 friends and family, plus a 25 lbs four-legged best friend.

Wonderful home with the best location.

House is very well stocked with lots of kitchen equipment, activities and general household needs (dish soap/clothing detergent). To our surprise there was a EV charger in the garage as well. Location was great! Park across the street and minutes to central area/beach.
If we had one wish, it would be for screens on the windows. We had a minor incident of a 4 yr old trying to climb out an upstairs window we had opened to let in a breeze.

We have stayed at several Seabrook homes over the town's the growth & Ocean Smores has been the best equipped home. The home had every kitchen accommodation needed, every linen and well thought comfort to make it a perfect retreat. Definitely the top home booked to date. Close to town, ocean, across from the pool; just perfect with kids and family.

Our two families stayed here and loved every minute of it! Kids had the big upstairs bedroom to themselves, and enjoyed watching a movie before bedtime in the adjacent entertainment area. Meanwhile, adults kicked back downstairs and in the hot tub under the stars. Seabrook can’t be beat for a family vacation, and this house is perfectly located across the street from the Central Park and pool. Easy walking distance to Main Street shops in one direction, five minutes in the other and you’re on the beach! So many fun activities and memories, we’ll be back!
