This luxurious, and family-friendly vacation home is located at the end of a quiet street in the South of Market (SOMA) neighborhood. The house is set on a peaceful wooded lot that is a short walk away from the beach, the indoor pool, and the restaurants, shops, and fitness center. Step outside to sip coffee on the covered front porch, roast marshmallows in the backyard fire pit, and soak in the hot tub. Or stay inside and gather around the fireplace … the choice is yours.

Decorated by Lisa McElliott of Seabrook’s Seaworthy Home, the interior of this three-level home has been appointed with comfort and style in mind. The house sleeps up to eight guests. The house is equipped with high speed and wireless internet access for your convenience.

The main level includes a living room with a gas-burning fireplace, a large sectional sofa, and a flat-screen HDTV perfect for family movie nights; a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso original machine and ample cookware; a covered deck with a picnic table and a gas grill; an indoor family dining area that doubles as a game-playing space; and a powder room.

The third-floor primary bedroom offers privacy and tranquility away from the common areas. Take in the view of the woods, unwind with a book or catch up on a TV show while you relax in a king-size bed outfitted with a Westin Heavenly Mattress.
On the first floor, relax in the media room, where you can stretch out on the sofa and read, play on the Xbox or the Ms. PAC-MAN™ arcade machine containing ten different games, or unroll a yoga mat and stream a workout video on HDTV. On this level, you’ll also find a second bedroom with a queen-size bed with a Westin Heavenly Mattress, a bunk room that comfortably sleeps four kids or adults, and a full bath with a washer and dryer. A large storage closet is stocked with necessities including a high chair, a pack-and-play crib, extra indoor chairs and board games. In addition, an outdoor bike shed is stocked with a sun-protective beach tent, beach chairs, buckets, toy shovels, and other beach toys for young children.
