About this apartment rental
This 7th floor, ocean front unit has miles of breathtaking views. The bedroom boasts upscale bedding to maximize comfort during your stay. If you want an upscale beach feel, you are looking in the right place - professionally managed by Sunlit Vacation Rentals.
The bedroom features 2 queen sized beds with inviting beach decor. The living room continues the beachy feel of the bedroom with a large ocean front balcony. The couch opens into a queen sleeper for extra sleeping space. There is a full kitchen opening into the living room, so everyone has an ocean view. This kitchen has everything you need so just go pick up the groceries. The unit also has it`s own washer and dryer. Every room has it`s own TV with cable. The living room features a flatscreen TV for winding down after a long day of fun in the sun.
Walking distance to the Boardwalk, Ocean Center, and Seabreeze clubs you do not need to go any where once you are here. The amenities available to guests are amazing. From the massive ocean front heated pool, to the lazy river, to the hot tubs and kid splash and of course the beach, there will be plenty of ways for you to and your family to relax and enjoy the in the sun in style. The onsite Ocean Walk shoppes and restaurants are guaranteed to entertain. There is a movie theater when you are ready for a break from the sun, and so many restaurant options including Bubba Gump Shrimp and Sloppy Joe`s. It's truly a great place to make long lasting memories.

My family had a wonderful vacation. Property manager was very quick to respond. We had minor issues with AC and refrigerator, both issues were addressed quickly! We would definitely stay there again!

This is our second time at this property for a cheer competition for our daughter and we plan to stay here again (hopefully in the same unit) next year. The first trip was enjoyable and the second was mostly enjoyable with one exception. The property and unit were clean and the ocean and pool view from the unit were incredible. However, we attempted to enter our room one night and were locked out. No big deal, right? Well, we went to the front desk to rectify the issue and the person at the desk was incredibly rude. I tried to show her the email with the checkout date and she said she was not going to look at it and handed me a piece of paper with four or five names and phone numbers on it. The property manager’s info was included on this paper. I asked to speak with a manager, she told me she was a supervisor and that she called security. I have no idea why she made that threat since we were just talking. I called the property manager and he immediately contacted the “supervisor” at the desk and resolved the issue. The “supervisor” gave us new room keys and said nothing-not even an apology, despite the issue being their error. The property manager said they keyed in the wrong dates. In any case, the property is great, the employees are generally helpful, with the exception of this one bad egg.

Unit is clean and well kept. Beds are not very comfortable, especially the pull out couch. Pools are nice, our kid loved the slide and the lazy river. The outdoor area of the property is dirty. Cigarette butts and trash are everywhere. That is not the fault of the owner of this unit and may just reflect the other guests at the time of our stay, but it was definitely a turn off for me and had I known the property allowed this, i would have stayed elsewhere.
