"Les Paradores" Residence, a quiet, family-friendly, and secure residence with a swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th, 2026), located in the Pinède district, 1 km from La Roquille beach, shops, and the port. This semi-detached villa (45 m²) with private parking includes:
Ground floor:
- Entrance hall, living room and kitchen (over 20 m²) with a table and chairs for six, two armchairs, coffee table, sideboard, flat-screen TV, and DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
dishwasher, gas stove, extractor hood, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, and electric coffee maker.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and vanity unit (hairdryer), and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC with window.
- One bedroom with large wardrobes and a 140x190 cm bed.
Upstairs:
- One bedroom A separate bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, large closets, and a mezzanine with a 140x190cm bed in an alcove, a second toilet, a vanity unit with sink, and storage furniture.
Air conditioning.
Large parking space (room for two cars) and a 15m² west-facing terrace in front of the house with two tables and four chairs.
An east-facing terrace at the rear (23m²) with a table, six chairs, and four folding sun loungers.
TV (French channels only).
Dear guests, the apartment has Wi-Fi.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
Usuals such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.
Sheets, towels, and dish towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if needed.
Rental price: 15 € per bed for bed linen.
Towels: €10 per person.
Baby cot rental: €15 per week.
