This charming semi-detached villa of 36m2 on the ground floor, with its 20m2 terrace facing South overlooking the green spaces of the residence is ideal for 6 people.
Private parking inside residence no. 87 (entrance 4).
It has one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) opening onto an outside terrace of 15m2, one bedroom with a bunk bed with 2 beds (90 cm).
Separate toilet and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen, 4 gas rings, 1 refrigerator, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, 1 mini oven.
TV in the living room (French channels only).
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning kits.
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: 15 € per bed for sheets.
For towels: 10€ per person.
