Salt and Cedar is a light and airy 4 bedroom three story home in North Glenn sleeping 10 just steps from the beach.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms each featuring a California King bed! One of them is a primary with a private 3/4 bath. The other two have a shared 3/4 bath with direct access from each room.
In the daylight basement is a spacious light bunk room with two sets of adult size bunk beds. The full bath is accessed from both the bunk room and media room with its 65" 4HD flat screen TV with sound bar and woofer.
The main floor is open concept with a half bath. The fully furnished kitchen and breakfast bar opening into dining and living rooms with a gas fireplace. Beyond that is a delightful covered porch where you can catch the morning and afternoon sun while enjoying the forest and the sound of the ocean or grill your favorite food.
Awesome outdoor faucets for washing off and cleaning razor clams from the beach.

The house was within a quick walk to the beach and the heart of Seabrook. Great room for the kiddos and enjoyed the fenced in yard and hot tub!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part - the house was well equipped and it was a good location close to town center. The house is along a trail that goes right down to the beach. The house looks bigger in the pictures than it actually is. However when we arrived on a Friday night there was no hot water. We tried calling maintenance many times and left voice messages. It wasn’t until the next morning at 10am that we finally got a response. Had to have a few cold showers among our party.
