About this apartment rental
Just a stone's throw from the forest, you'll enjoy a panoramic view of the Gérardmer mountains, with no neighbors in sight. Private property, terrace with a Nordic hot tub.
A very quiet location, ideal for a relaxing family getaway. The farmhouse is located in Tholy, a charming village 10 minutes from Gérardmer (10 minutes from the lake, 15 minutes from the downhill and cross-country ski trails).
Nearby shops (grocery store, bakery, pharmacy…), doctors.
Apartment with a separate entrance, in a small building with three units, renovated in 2022. It has a floor area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people, and is laid out as follows:
Outside: Private wooden deck with a hot tub, private parking.
First floor: spacious living area with an open-concept kitchen and living room: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee maker, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, conventional oven, 3-burner induction cooktop, food processor, raclette machine.
Table and 6 chairs, TV area with sofas. + Separate toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with two 90x190 beds and one with a 160x200 bed (clothes dryer, ironing board and iron) + bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
2nd floor: Mezzanine-style sleeping area in the attic (12 m² of floor space) with a 160x200 bed.
