Comfortable beds, everything you needed for beach was great since we flew from east coast. Easiest departure of any home we have rented! Worth it!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Located in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, the house had everything we needed and more. The pool and spa made the experience even more enjoyable. I completely agree with all the positive comments from other guests, so I won’t repeat them here. It’s truly a perfect spot for larger families or for two or three couples traveling together. Book with confidence, you will enjoy your stay.

Everything - the home, the pool, the view - exceeded my expectations. After viewing the photos and reading the descriptions I was certain that the reality would not live up to the hype. However, the home very comfortably provided space for all 9 of our family members; the pool was even more attractive to all from the 5 year old granddaughter to the 72 year old grandparents; and every time I looked out to the ocean the view took my breath away. This was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! Thank you!

We were welcomed with a beautiful basket filled with all sorts of great things and the property management team is next level - quite literally at your beck and call. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of room in this spacious house. The host is phenomenal. He helps the whole stay from questions answered to recommendations on everything. Loved the backyard the most and so did the kids!! Thanks again for everything, would definitely recommend!!!

Though SC had a marine layer the days we visited, this location allowed us to be above it, enjoy the beautiful sun, and play in the pool all day. This house has everything needed to vacation beyond comfortably. This was a trip to remember and we will be staying here whenever we come to Sc from now on!

The “western White House”, as it is nicknamed, lived up to every rave review. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and has incredible ocean views. The house is nicely laid out, well stocked, and has a spectacular pool with hot tub and water slide. To top it off, the owner was exceptionally communicative and responsive. We highly rethis beautiful home!!

Beautiful and interesting home in a lovely, safe neighborhood. Gorgeous landscaping and inviting fun pool/spa. We were an elderly group with several family members experiencing mobility issues. It was nice to have a single story home with walk-in shower options and grab bars. All beds comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with easy to use appliances. Beach towels, paper items, supplies all provided. Host was welcoming and provided all we needed for a comfortable stay. Questions/concerns answered timely. Highly recommend this lovely home. You won't be disappointed.

The location of this large home was a perfect jumping off spot for our week! We needed at least 5 bedrooms, and wanted a backyard amenity like the pool space at this home. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishware and coffee cups (we drink a lot of coffee!☕️) We enjoyed the pool and kitchen area tremendously! A great space for a family reunion or friend travel trip!

Grandma and two families- 5 kids in all. Add we all had a great time! Plenty of space for sleeping, playing and getting away for quiet when needed. The pool was a huge hit, although it took a couple of days to get the 4-year old to go on the slide 😄 Easy to get to the beach and restaurants although we did most of our meals at the house. Everything you need is there for cooking. Host is a communicator so no problems at all. Do it!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home and exploring the surrounding area during a week long stay with family. It was a quick drive to the beach, dining and nature. Location was also great because we had activities planned in both San Diego and the LA area. Bradley was great with communication and offering recommendations for activities in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

We came to California for a family visit and this house provided a nice space with plenty of room for two families to stay comfortably and a nice pool with slide, hot tub, cliff side view of the ocean and only 5 minutes drive to the beach. Had all needed amenities for cooking and grilling at home. Plenty of tvs for variety of viewing preferences. The owner was highly available with great dinner and sunset suggestions. He was always very friendly and responsive to every need. If we ever stay in the San Clemente area, we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while in town for our son’s wedding. We wanted a place that we could all gather but also provided enough space for everyone to have a little privacy. This home was perfect! The open concept kitchen and living area provided an indoor space for gathering when the weather was not ideal and the yard gave us the opportunity to spend together outside! The spa was a lovely 100 degrees and enjoyed by many in our group. Kevyn was great at check in with a quick tour. Bradley was an amazing host always in communication answering questions and checking in! We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood! We had a multigenerational family group to celebrate a family wedding. Perfect set up for 5 families to gather and make wonderful memories. The kids loved the pool and the house had everything we needed and more. Hosts were wonderfully gracious and accommodating. We have rented VRBO homes for many family vacations and they have all been very nice, but our 10-year-old grandson said before we left: "This is the best house we have ever stayed at!" It was fantastic. Two sons, their wives, children (ages 4, 3, 2, 1) joined us for our oldest son's Marine retirement. He, his wife and 10-yr-old son live about a 4-minute walk away. The post-ceremony celebration was at their house but they were able to visit us often during our stay. We had to baby-proof the property; told owner Bradley we'd try to get everything back to it's original location but highly unlikely; Bradley said not to worry. The property is beautiful and functional. We ate just about all of our meals either at the kitchen bar or outside by the pool. The pool was sooo much fun and convenient that we never made it to the beach! Closets contained pool toys, kid toys, kid floatie jackets for the pool and more. The bathroom arrangement just fit our needs; the master en suite, a Jack-and-Jill arrangement for two bedrooms and the third full-bath served a fourth bedroom and the living area. The kitchen is spacious and extremely well outfitted. Owner Bradley called before our arrival and texted at least once per day checking to see if we had questions, issues, needing anything ("Going to Costco..."), etc. He is, obviously, a very proud and hands-on owner.

Brad and his folks(Kevin and Colby) were very organized and the house was ready for all 8 of us. They took care of everything plus had wine, chips, crackers, and candy as gift when we got there. The house was extremely well stocked. Great introduction. Could not ask for more!’

The house was in a beautiful location, in a quiet neighborhood. Famous Fish Tacos just down the street. After every day of exploring we were able to come 'home' for a swim before settling in for dinner and the night. From here we were able to get to the beach (with surfing) in 10min, Legoland in 35min Disneyland in 40min, San Diego zoo in 55min and Universal Studioes took about 2hrs. We flew into San Diego which was very easy compared to LAX, and the drive is about an hour. Bradley was a wonderful host and gave fantastic recommendations on places to eat and visit. You can tell they really love their property, love the area and want others to enjoy their time while they are there. This was a great place to experience Southern California.
