The Beach Haus is located on Copper Mountain, close to restaurants, slopes and shops, with views for days. This a true ski-in/ski-out property with the Pitchfork chairlift just outside the door. You’ll love the place because of the laid back yet refined ambiance, the premium location, and the access to slopes and downtown. This newly renovated cozy home sits on the base of Copper Mountain and offers true ski in/ski out access through the Pitchfork lift. Center Village (downtown) is a 3 minute walk away so getting to restaurants and shops is very easy. This house shares no walls so you won't deal with any loud neighbors and the 360º views makes this one of the most unique rentals in the area. Enjoy two HDTV's, a gas fireplace, an indoor hammock chair, two porches, the best kitchen island/table in Copper, a newly renovated bathroom, and a deeded parking spot so no need to make reservations with Copper. Guest parking is available onsite if you have an additional car.
The house features an interior ski closet so you have a space to store your gear at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a tasty meal after a great day of exploring the mountains. As a guest you can access everything in the unit except one owner closet.

Host communication was fantastic! location was ideal and the condo was perfect for me and my two teenage sons. The hot tub for this condo complex is a bit dated, but it was hot and we used it daily! I would rent here again in a heartbeat! Access to lifts and the ski in / ski out nature of the location was fantastic. Easy walking access to the village for dinners at night. Recommend Sawmill Pizza! Highly recommend staying here.

The Beach Haus was perfect for our stay! (Mom with 2 teenage boys). Everything was super clean,and the host was very responsive and provided us with clear instructions for easy check in. Location is excellent with everything within easy walking distance and loved the ski in ski out convenience. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable as we cooked many meals at home when we were too tired to go out. Would definitely stay here again! This place felt more like we were staying at a friends house than staying at a rental.

Great little condo - had everything we needed. A very short walk to lift with the ability to ski right up to the building. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved the Beach Haus and would come back in a heart beat. The location was perfect. The setup as described and we had everything we needed. Our children are intermediate skiers but made it down the blue run to ski home without difficulty. This was a huge plus!
