This one-of-a-kind stunning property is located on the 4th and 5th floor of a newly renovated building in Malaga's prime location, right between the famous Calle Larios and the Cathedral, in a quaint side street of the historic centre.



The first floor features a large double bedroom with a king-size bed, large closet space, a sitting area and a full modern bathroom with shower.



The hallway leads to an American-style open-plan kitchen than opens onto the dining and living room areas. From there, you can access a balcony with picturesque views of typical Andalusian streets and rooftops.



A stairwell leads you to the second floor where you will find the second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a sitting lounge area.



On the upper floor, you will also find the sun-filled terrace with unbeatable views to the Cathedral, a perfect place to enjoy al-fresco dinner or soak in the Spanish sun on comfortable sunbeds.

We liked the fact that Solaga were in close contact with us before we arrived and really appreciated being met by your representative promptly outside the property. He was friendly and thorough walking us through the apartment. Terrace umbrella needs addressing. Kitchen terrace door and fridge door badly positioned.

Nice apartment in good location. Unfortunately, there was no suitable bedding for the sofa bed (no duvet cover provided) and under the beds clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was no one available on check out then I was charged £75 for extra cleaning which obviously you can’t dispute when you’re back home. Beware.
