Included is FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service for guests of Unit 610 - Seasonally March through October! This 850 square foot, one bedroom condo features NEW! Queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, and recliner in the living area! There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private master bath that has a bathtub along with a second full bathroom with shower for guests. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook meals.
Enjoy morning coffee on the Balcony! Provided are both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig K-cup coffee maker. The Kitchen opens to a combination dining/living area and spacious Gulf-front balcony. Also, in the condo is a washer and dryer!

Steps from the pool and beach. Less crowded on Thomas drive and close to restaurants, shops, fun activities,etc. Beautiful condo with great views. Bed was comfy and kitchen stocked well.

It was a nice unit. Other than the TV messing up in the living room, everything else was fine. Were two who tried to fix tv with no luck. We were offered another unit, but we had unpacked everything and were tired to pack everything up and move. It was our choice just to be in the unit with one tv in bedroom. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful
