About this villa rental
Recently refreshed and very well maintained, this spacious villa offers panoramic views of the George Fazio Golf Course and a layout that is perfect for families and groups.
Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright and open floor plan designed for comfort and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals and features a convenient pass through window with direct views of the course. Within the kitchen, a charming breakfast nook is surrounded by windows that fill the space with natural light. The formal dining room seats 6 to 8 guests and showcases a large bay window, creating a warm and inviting setting for meals. Adjacent to the dining area, the living room features vaulted ceilings, comfortable coastal furnishings, and tasteful décor throughout. A large HDTV provides entertainment, while expansive windows highlight the beautiful golf course views. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck with seating, perfect for enjoying the peaceful scenery.
The bedrooms are located down the hall for added privacy. The primary suite offers a king size bed, direct views of the course, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large tiled walk in shower. The guest bedroom includes two double beds, a large closet, HDTV, and a bright window. A shared full bathroom in the hallway features a tiled tub and shower combination.
Located in Inverness Village, guests have access to a community pool and private tennis courts, and are just a short bike ride to the beach. You will also be close to everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer, including golf, pickleball, bike trails, the 11 mile lagoon, Shelter Cove, and a variety of restaurants.
Limited to two car passes per reservation.
Complex pool is open April 1 through September 30.

The condo was quite nice and comfortable. We chose the this condo because it was all one floor so it was easy for my somewhat mobility impaired wife. Upon arriving there were 7 steps up to get in the condo that was not in the pictures or the description. One other thing to note is that the beds are qjite high for anyone that 5 feet tall. Foutunately, there was a step ladder that my wife used to get in and out of bed for the week.

We love vacationing at Palmetto Dunes. Trash cans were full when we arrived on Saturday, July 20, and were not emptied until Wednesday, July, 24. We have vacationed in Palmetto Dunes many times over the last eight years, this is the only problem we have encountered.

We've been staying in various villas in Inverness for many years. This is the best on yet. We plan on renting the same one next had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the back deck.

So, while the property was beautiful, and in a really great location, we experienced persistent issues with roaches during our stay. The property management company sent someone to rectify the issue with a can of Raid (I could have done that) until they realized that the issue was more serious than they initially thought. They did send an exterminator, which eventually solved the problem. SO, while the home was beautiful and clean, we did not have a relaxing stay due to the bug issues.
