Vacation home in the beautiful Aggertal valley. Forests and pastures, reservoirs and stalactite caves, hiking trails, and fresh air await you here in the Bergisches Land, 40 km east of Cologne.
The house is ideal for two people looking for a rural getaway surrounded by nature in a cozy atmosphere.
The vacation home offers a ground-floor apartment of approximately 58 m² in a lovingly renovated historic building. The home features a small kitchen, a bedroom, a large two-part living room, a modern shower room, an outdoor seating area, and a small garden with a terrace.
During the renovation, care was taken to use eco-friendly building materials and paints.
Nearby attractions include the stalactite cave in Ründeroth with its newly discovered cave areas, observation towers, dams, and museums, as well as country inns and farm cafés. Information about hiking and biking tours along the Bergischer Panoramasteig is available at the vacation home.
The area is well connected via the A4 highway or the train station in Ründeroth—both 3 and 4 km away, respectively—or by bus to the county seat of Gummersbach or Engelskirchen. Cologne is about a 35-minute drive away.
