Nestled in Seabrook's South Farm idyllic Orchard, Appleseed Cottage provides the perfect setting for a beach retreat. Whether you're seeking out some time on your own, a couple's getaway, friends retreat or escaping the city with your family, Appleseed offers the right space.
Start your morning on the covered porch, taking in the beautiful sunrise and planning the day's adventures. Will you spend a day at the beach, play a rousing game of pickleball, enjoy some relaxation at the spa, or spend the day shopping with a lingering stop for a wine tasting?
An easy 5-7 walk will get you to the town center and just a few more steps down any of Seabrook's walkways will have you to the beach with sand in your toes and waves at your ankles. Take the Trail to Town, just steps out the back door, for a scenic trail trek or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the white crushed oyster shell paths.
End your day on the private balcony listening to the ocean roar and enjoying a beautiful sunset. Or if the weather doesn't cooperate, curl up in front of the fire. Relax in the only private hot tub on Grove Lane, enjoying a tranquil backdrop of trees and open space.
Appleseed boasts sky-high ceilings creating an open airy feel. The main room lives large with a full kitchen, dining table, cozy couch and fireplace. Very happy with Poppyseed and location. Would have liked printed directions on hot tub and tv Recommendation to replace the small plastic chairs on front porch with deck chairs.

This cottage has all the amenities we wanted. Great location w/in Seabrook! Adirondack chairs not the most comfy but fire pit is awesome.

We had .multiple problems. Lockon hottub rusted out. Needed to have maintenance come twice before we could use it. No instructions for ANYTHING. No TV servi e entire time.
