This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and Gulf!!! On the SouthEast corner with incredible views!!!
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, quartz countertops, custom art work and modern decor!
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!
The condo's master bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a king bed and the 4th bedroom will have two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room and two cots for sleeping accommodations for 14.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
NO SMOKING inside or OUTSIDE the unit is allowed
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The place was everything it was described. Julia was very responsive. More notice than the 5 days prior to arrival of the furnishings offered would have been helpful. A closet full of beach chairs and beach toys was not mentioned and could have saved with our packing. Overall highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Oasis 1211! This condo was the perfect setup for our group—spacious, comfortable, and very well laid out. Having four bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom, made it incredibly convenient and gave everyone their own space while still enjoying time together in the main living areas.The views were absolutely breathtaking. You could see them from every bedroom and the main living space thanks to all the surrounding windows. The extra-large patio was the perfect spot to relax, take it all in, and enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.The amenities truly set this place apart. The outdoor pool area was incredible—perfect for all ages, with plenty of space to relax and have fun. The indoor pool was a huge bonus, and the arcade was an absolute hit with the kids. There was always something for everyone to enjoy without even leaving the property.We also loved having a restaurant and bar right on-site—it was so convenient to be able to grab food or a drink anytime without having to leave.Another huge perk was having laundry right in the unit—it made such a difference, especially with kids and a longer stay.
