Cosy apartment house "Papillon", 4 storeys. In the district of untere Wiesti, in a quiet position, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 290 m, bakery 650 m, bicycle rental 300 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 300 m, railway station "Banhof Zermatt" 650 m. Mountain railway 450 m, ski rental, ski bus stop 290 m, ski school 700 m. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
3-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Bright, fully renovated in 2020, very beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.

We loved staying at Haus Papillon in Zermatt! Check in was super easy and quick to find right off the train. The apartment was spotless, and accessible to town with a 10-15 min walk. We came to ski, and though we had trouble finding the ski room the first day (it’s on the very bottom floor), it was really close to Matterhorn Sport Riva to rent our equipment. We mostly got our dinners and breakfasts from Coop (lunch on the mountain) and the kitchen was super well appointed for that. If I had only one complaint is that the bed pillows were flat as boards! It was fine though, since we were exhausted from skiing all day every day. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood but we didn’t feel apart from the hustle of Bahnhofstrasse, and all the ski entry points were really accessible by either walking (Sunnega-Rothorn) or green line ski bus (Gornergrat and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise). The apartment is well thought out and efficient. Thanks for letting us stay!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Der Stauraum ist beeindruckend. Die Wohnung ist stylisch und sehr durchdacht eingerichtet.
