Charming studio with Queen Bed and Sofa bed in welcoming New York

The apartment is within walking distance of pretty much anything you could possibly need for food, drinks, etc. as well as a couple of blocks from grand central station, which we heavily used and relied on. Getting to a Yankees and Mets game was incredibly easy and budget friendly from grand central. We also saw multiple Broadway productions and had just a 15-20 minute walk. The apartment also had access to an oven, microwave, and toaster oven which was helpful in making breakfast every day and saving on buying an additional meal. The kitchen area did have basic pans, pots, utensils and cooking spatulas/spoons.The bathroom was nice size considering the size of the studio with a relatively clean toilet and shower area. For someone who has had issues being barefoot in strange showers, this really was not a concern for me and I felt perfectly comfortable using this shower. However, the water temp was a bit confusing to nail and did spend some time in freezing/boiling water. All in all this was a completely fine place to stay for our needs and I would stay here again for the price. Host was very responsive and checked in multiple times.

Great location for great price. Fits description!

Place was nice mear Grand Central, lots of walkable transportation all around. Very nice place

If you just need a bed and bathroom and a solid location, then this place will work. The host is very responsive, but the apartment itself is not in great shape. It’s an old apartment and the water temp in the shower was all over the place, the floors are coming up in spots and the fold out sofa bed is big enough for a small child but not an adult. I still gave it 3 out 5 because of its location and cost.
