About this chalet rental
With an impressive view of the St-Laurent river and the bay of La Malbaie, this contemporary luxurious chalet located in Cap-à-l’Aigle, Charlevoix, Quebec, gives you the best of what the region has to offer.
Its sauna, heated pool, spa, wood fireplace, giant kitchen and patios surrounded by nature are all there to allow guests to relax and spend quality time in an outstanding setting.
Accommodation
Up to 8 adults in four queen-sized bedrooms with hotel linens, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet; and a view onto the forest
Up to 6 children in 5 capsule-hotel style twin beds for children next a bathroom with a bathtub and 1 foldable crib with a comfy mattress for the little one

for up 4-6 persons at a time
with view onto the private forest
with an easy to pull up cover but locked for the little ones’ safety

a giant kitchen, outfitted with all the cooking equipment you can think of (induction cooktop, mixer, blender, rice cooker, motorised toaster, panini press, waffle maker, fondue set, raclette set, etc.)
enough to satisfy all kinds of coffee amateurs (espresso machine, French-press, drip) and tea lovers (two-tones kettle, multiple teapots, and reusable tea bags)
a bar set ready for the cocktail lovers (ask for our local gins recommendations)

No noise / no parties / no outside music. Guests come here to relax. This is a very quiet area, surrounded by the forest and other quiet, high-end vacation rentals. No visiting guests allowed.
Maximum of 8 adults. The 5 capsule beds are twin beds meant for children.
Bookings by 30-year-old and over. We may ask you to provide us with an ID and do cancel bookings that do not respect this rule.
2000$ security deposit.
Pets: we do not treat pets differently than their human counterparts. They are welcomed in the house and we uphold them to the same standards as anyone else. Please note that this is a luxury home furnished with high end furniture and equipment. We expect the house and its exterior surrounding to be left clean and free of damages after your stay. You are the best judge of your pet’s behaviour and character!

We treated ourselves to a week at this architectural marvel. Cooking, eating, and relaxing with a stunning view of the St. Lawrence River was a highlight!

The home was fantastic. With great views and fully equipped. Cyril was super helpful for what to see in the area and other conveniences needed. We will definitely be going back.

The house:
It is truly a marvel of architecture and design, deserving of all the prizes it has won. Every details is curated with harmony, from the wild flowers decorating the entrance, to the clean lines, zen color palette, and of course, the ever changing tableau of the bay through the large windows. The backyard is well designed for a relaxing afternoon by the pool, listening to forest and watching bald eagles fly by. The kitchen and entertainment space are well equipped for family gathering and memorable meals. Truly a great experience.
The host:
Cyril is wonderful. He is the owner of the house, and you can truly feel his passion and dedication to your experience. From booking till checkout, he was reachable easily and responded promptly. We appreciated the list of hidden gems which was sent to us before arrival, through which we experienced the region in a different light. The stocked fridge upon arrival was just another example of him always being one step ahead of the game.
For families:
The downstairs space was a haven for children. They all bunked together and had so much fun. The TV in the area also provided some much needed break time from the adults and the outdoors. If you are traveling with a family, I would recommend you inquire with the owner about the closet situation, the climate control, and construction in the area, to ensure that this suits your group.
