Welcome to Tradewinds 1201, a gorgeous Gulf-front corner condo offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 926 sq. ft. of coastal comfort. Sleeping up to 7 guests, this bright and inviting retreat provides a front-row seat to breathtaking panoramic Gulf views that stretch endlessly across the horizon.
The living area is filled with natural light from the large glass balcony doors, creating an open and relaxing atmosphere. Step out onto your private corner balcony, where you can sip morning coffee or unwind with an evening glass of wine while taking in the stunning sunsets and soothing sounds of the waves.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals, whether you're cooking a family dinner or whipping up a quick snack. With plenty of local restaurants nearby, you'll always have the choice to dine in or dine out with ease.
The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, while guests staying in the second bedroom have access to a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Additional conveniences include a sofa sleeper, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer, making your stay smooth and comfortable.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Everything was as described. It was perfect for us. Only one thing that was frustrating. We experienced a lot of wind. Strong wind. The balcony railing vibrated extremely loud. We could hear it all the way into the bedrooms. Three nights of very little sleep for me because it was so unbelievably loud. I actually recorded it because it was so loud. I noticed the condo next door was not doing that. I reached and felt of their railing and zero vibration. I’m thinking possibly because this condo is a corner unit and railing wraps around to the side as well. I’d say Tradewinds is an appropriate name for the complex. Honestly, besides that, the condo was perfect. Just check the weather.

Beautiful, clean condo with everything we needed! We enjoyed eating out on the balcony. The views are incredible! The kitchen was so well stocked (my husband was especially impressed that there was a meat thermometer). Convenient to groceries, restaurants and fun activities. Beach access was awesome and the pool is heated. Everything is clean and well cared for. We will definitely consider coming back!!

Easy is best word to describe our experience. From parking, to condo unit location to ease of beach access. Clean unit and the views were excellent. Generally quiet building. It’s been two weeks since we left and I can still hear the waves crashing. Our kids keep asking when can we go back.

The condo itself was nice. View was wonderful! The check in process was horrible. Check in time was 4:00 p.m. We received a code to get in. The code did not work. Called and got 3 more codes. Did not work. It was then almost 5:00 p.m. They sent someone to fix the code who was helpful and fixed it.
