The Master Bedroom boasts a spacious king-sized bed while the guest bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed. Also, have a sound sleep on the Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. walk to downtown Clermont with eclectic mix of shops and tasty restaurants. Check out the Farmers Market running from 10-2 every Sunday, and the popular Food Trucks the first Friday of each month from 3:00-7:00pm. for game lover, 'Game On Clermont' brings an exciting experience with arcade games and a fully stocked bar. **We have a long-term tenant in the back unit (859). Please, park your vehicles in the (2) provided parking spots on the right side of the unit (857). Parking in the tenant's spot could result in a parking ticket. Additional street parking available behind the unit for any extra vehicles/trailers.
For an early check-in, we provide it on request for a nominal fee of $30, but i8t can only be guaranteed one day prior to your stay. The earliest we provide is 2 PM.
No smoking inside the property. No Drugs and no parties/events. If smoking is found inside the property, the host can request $200-$500 to restore the property.
We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets.
Guest must provide Quiet Enjoyment to neighbors. Guest must follow Quiet Hours Policy.

This was our third stay at these properties. The suite was clean and well stocked, the owner very responsive, and check-in and out was painless. As usual!

Our visit was excellent!! The home was very clean and well appointed. The owners even sent a message a few days before our arrival telling us what equipment / appliances were available at the home and asking if we would need additional supplies. I've never had that happen, but what a nice touch!! As for the location, any and everything we could have wanted was within a short drive. The area was relatively quiet and also great for walking. I'd say it was a great value, too! I will definitely stay there when I'm in town again!!
