This new, single-story house, attached to a year-round residence, consists of a living/dining room/kitchen, three bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 1 queen-size bed), a shower room/WC, and a pantry. Wi-Fi is available. Outside, there is an unfenced 450m² garden with two shaded terraces (garden furniture, table, chairs, deckchairs, and barbecue).
