Magnificent apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator in Via Labicana, a few meters from the Colosseum, which offers a breathtaking view from all rooms, and a short distance from the Fori Imperiali and the Domus Aurea. We loved how close it was to the colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. There are tons of restaurants and cafes near by as well. The apartment itself is clean and well kept and the communication with the owners was great!

We enjoyed our stay here! The proximity to the Colosseum is excellent. Beautiful views right from the apartment. Everything was just as described on the website. I especially liked having control over the A/C and heat. We enjoyed the beautiful park across the street. There are several excellent restaurants in walking distance, as well as a small grocery store. If you are an American staying in this apartment, I would advise familiarizing yourself with European appliances before arriving. Or request demonstration upon check-in. Also, if you are not used to city noise, bring earplugs. There are loud sirens and restaurant patrons throughout the night.All in all, this was a great place to stay while visiting Rome!

Wonderful pjs r and great location. Host very helpful with rides, tickets,etc. Lordana helped us get settled. Would come back here.

My family stayed here for four nights. The location was great spacious and beautiful views. The check-in process was very good and the host was helpful answering questions and helping us get oriented to Rome. Would definitely recommend this property
