About this house rental
This cozy lake house is close to everything, making it easy to get around anywhere in the Twin Cities! 5 minutes to shops and grocery stores, 12 minutes to downtown Minneapolis, 25 minutes to the Mall of America and St Paul/Mpls Airport. We have a fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, pool table, games for all ages & more!
Hot Tub access hours: 7AM- 10PM
* Quiet hours are 10PM to 7:30AM.
* Our lake house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, no partying or events allowed. Thank you :)
Sleeping Arrangements/Bathrooms
Main Level -
- 1 Bedroom, 2 Twin Beds
- 2nd Bedroom, 1 Queen Bed
- Full Bathroom located in hallway
- 3rd Bedroom, 1 King Bed - Private full bathroom located in master bedroom
Lower Level (Basement) -
- 4th Bedroom, 2 Queen Beds
- Full bathroom located right outside the bedroom
- Daybed - 2 twins
- 2 additional Queen tri fold floor beds that can be placed in either the main or lower living room

House Rules/Additional Notes:
- ID matching person booking will need to be provided within 48 hours of confirmed reservation, along with a short rental contract. Please note, must be over 25 to book
- Pedal boats allowed June 1- September 1. Kayaks are available May 1- until mid October 1 .
- We allow 5 regular sized vehicles per reservation. Driveway parking .
- Motor boats are not permitted on this lake. We provide pedal boats and kayaks. ** $150 refundable deposit is required to use our pedal boats and kayaks, waivers are also required
- You will be a 12 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis and 25 minutes to the Mall of America - St Paul/Minneapolis Airport
- Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood. Our cameras are active 24/7, if tampered with we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund
- We have air fresheners on every level of home. Guests are welcome to unplug them
- If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up
-Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM
- No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
- No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required
- Grill and Water toys available April-September /Snow & Ice completely cleared
- We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All we ask is being respectful of our home and neighborhood. We look forward to hosting you!

Extremely clean property in a great location, 15 minutes to downtown Minneapolis. The lake is more like a large pond- we did use one of the kayaks and one of the paddle boats. It was lovely!The home has retained its 70’s charm which we enjoyed. The host let us check in an hour early and check out an hour late- so appreciated! Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Would stay here again!

The layout of this space was perfect for our family vacation. Appreciated the gated yard, the hot tub and got a lot of use from the kayaks and paddleboats. We could stay inside but still observe the fun outside.The kitchen was very well equipped. Was easy to make all our meals for the trip. Plenty of towels and supplies in the bathrooms. The check out list is simple and quick, which helps with the early check out time.

Our party of 9 had a lovely week exploring Minneapolis and the surrounding area. There was plenty of room for us to all be comfortable as we prepared for and relaxed after each adventure. Hot tub was great. Kayaks were fun. Didn't run out of towels! Laundry room was a life-saver. Had everything we needed.

I have 5 kids, only 2 stayed overnight, but 2 more were able to come over during the day for meals and games! The peddle boats were a hit!
