About this apartment rental
Lou's Place is 1 of 7 units at Cole's Lodge. Lou's Place is an upstairs unit that has been completely renovated (Approx. 600 sqft) offering two queen beds, microwave, coffee pot and a mini refrigerator. This unit is on the edge of town and a short distance to a little shopping or dining out. Lou's Place is the perfect retreat for a fishing trip or family stay! The Lodge is a quick 5 minute drive to the Carrabelle Beach or a two minute drive to the Carrabelle River public boat ramp. Boat parking
Plenty of parking for boats and 5 minute drive to the public beach area of Carrabelle.
"Shared" patio area with fish cleaning station.

The lodge is located across the street from a church but very private.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside any of our units!
NO PETS, unless you have received a special exception from the property manager!
Additional fees to deep clean a unit will be applied if a renter violates our rental policies.

The owner was terrific, helped us tremendously when our boat trailer needed repair. He hooked us up with a great repairman. See Jaime for your stay and book a charter with him, too. We will be back. Loved Carabelle. Great fishing and will book with Cole's Lodge again!

My husband and I were in for the weekend to visit with some family. The place was super easy to find and right near all that this sleepy beach town has to offer. Everything was as expected and the check in and out was easy.
