The Sunflower House, built in 2016, is a luxurious oceanfront retreat designed with large vacation families in mind. This 7-bedroom home offers an array of amenities to ensure comfort and entertainment for all guests. Highlights include high-speed Wi-Fi 6, Smart 4K TVs in every room, a PlayStation 5, and private beach access via a dedicated walkway. Guests can also enjoy a private pool, a four-car garage with additional parking space, and three oceanfront decks that provide stunning views and ample seating. A gas grill and various outdoor amenities like beach chairs, boogie boards, and skimboards make it an ideal spot for beachside relaxation and fun.
The home’s fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the second floor are perfect for preparing and sharing meals. Features include two sinks with garbage disposals, a refrigerator with an ice maker, dual ovens, two dishwashers, and a range of appliances such as a Keurig, blender, and crock-pot. A large dining table seats 10, with additional seating for five at the kitchen bar. The adjoining living room offers cozy seating for up to 12, a 65” LED 4K Smart TV, and direct access to the second-floor oceanfront deck. A third-floor loft provides additional entertainment options with a couch, sleeper sofa, and another PlayStation 5 setup.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, with Smart 4K TVs, ceiling fans, and alarm clocks in every room. The home includes four master suites, three of which feature oceanfront views and en suite bathrooms. Pool heating is no additional cost to guests who visit during these timeframes and the pool will be heated upon arrival, weather permitting (rain and low temperatures will impact the ability to heat the pool. The heater can only bring the pool temperature 10-15 degrees above the lowest temperature of the day).

Very nice overall. Our stay was enjoyable. View was fantastic!Very satisfied but there are a few minor items to note. (1) check-in was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes after 4:00 pm. The cleaning crew was still on site and did not finish until after 4:30. We had travelled that day for 8 hours and had 4 children in tow. (2) We also had difficulty with the door locks and keys. Once we figured them out we were fine. (3) Some wall switches were labeled (e.g., the main room fan) but labeling a few more switches would be nice (e.g., garbage disposal, fans in other rooms, etc)(4) Dryer vent probably needs cleaned kept coming up D-80 which we are familiar in our house as we have the same dryer make/model. Overall we had a great experience. The home is awesome and very clean. Thank you!

House needs more linens…bath and especially kitchen. There are no pot holders!
Would be nice to have hand soap for the bathrooms on arrival
Double ovens and dishwashers were great, however, the dishwashers were terrible at getting dishes clean
Other than that , loved the place and will rent again
