House "Luxner". 4 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 10 km from the centre of Fügen, 17 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 9 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 6 km. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch wurden uns jeden Morgen frische Brötchen und Brot geliefert. Frau L. ist sehr, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit! Top!!

Die Ferienwohnung die wir bekommen haben wahr sehr groß und gut gepflegt. Wir haben zur Begrüßung und zum Abschied ein kleines Geschenk bekommen.

Die Ferienwohnung kann nur mit 2Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern (bis 8/9 Jahre) belegt werden. Das Etagenbett ist für Größere viel zu klein, das Schlafsofa im Aufenthaltsraum in einem Zustand, dass darauf höchstens noch gesessen werden kann, aber nicht geschlafen. Wir hatten unsere erwachsenen Kinder mit, welche sehr schlank und nicht größer als 175cm sind - für sie war der Schlaf ( in dem kleinen Etagenbett) keine Erholung...
