About this apartment rental
Relax with a beverage while taking in the breathtaking ocean views on the over-sized 36 ft wide private balcony. Located in building C, the highly desirable center building, sitting above the lush palm trees offering tranquil views of the ocean. The condo is on the 3rd floor but with the parking garage being on the first floor you are really 4 stories above the resort pools and gorgeous landscaping. The balcony gets shade during the summer months and warm sun during the winter months.
One huge advantage of this condo is both bedrooms have an ocean view and a sliding glass door to the balcony and its in the center of the building so you are not looking at the side of the building next door or have one bedroom facing the parking lot.
At night when the ocean goes dark, you'll have amazing views of the beautifully lit pools and landscaping while taking in the ocean breeze. Wander outside to the nearby “Swim” restaurant and swim-up bar with its friendly staff, or follow the beautifully landscaped path to the beach for a dip in the ocean or a massage. Head out to the pickleball/tennis courts conveniently located on-site, enjoy the putting green, or hit the state-of-the-art fitness center just outside your condo. Whether you want to get out and explore your tropical paradise or relax in the tastefully decorated condo, Bella Sirena will be your new home away from home. Rocky Point is only a 4 hour drive from Phoenix and Tucson.
Offers a RO filtered water system, refrigerator with ice maker that uses the filtered water (safe to drink), fully stocked kitchen complete with Keurig coffee maker and coffee machine, High end appliances and new linens. Both bedrooms also have new pillows and crisp white bedding and new smart TV's. In the living room you’ll find brand new leather sofas including a queen sleeper sofa with a comfy, deluxe memory foam mattress. We also provide a Pack N Play for little ones. Guest bedroom has been updated with all new furniture.
Other new Items include: LED lighting, beach towels, bath towels, new coastal décor and artwork, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, Nest thermostats and keyless door entry system. Enjoy an internet phone in the condo - guests can make unlimited free calls to the USA and Canada and local calls in town.
Wi-Fi (Internet) works great and we work from Rocky Point all the time. No issues with Zoom, Teams or WebEx. You can stream Netflix also.
Two of the main pools are heated during the winter as well as the hot tubs. The pool by the Swim bar is chilled in the summer.

We had an amazing stay. The home was equipped with more than we had expected. Beautiful views and felt right at home. Definitely would rebook in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bella Sirena in Puerto Peñasco! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning—the landscaping is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, swaying palms, and pristine pools that create a true resort-like atmosphere.The condo was spotless and incredibly well cared for. You can tell a lot of attention goes into cleanliness, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed (and more), from kitchen essentials to extra linens—making our stay feel effortless and convenient.Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the owner was fantastic to work with. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated.Overall, this was one of the best stays we’ve had in Puerto Peñasco. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and hassle-free getaway!
