About this bed and breakfast
We look forward to warmly welcoming you to our guest suite in beautiful Aylmerton. In our modern, split-level home, our guest suite has a separate entrance and makes up the entire living space on the lower level; offering comfort, convenience and privacy.
This charming space is an easy 10 minute drive to the Mittagong CBD and is surrounded by all the wonderful things the Southern Highlands has to offer including wineries, restaurants, walking tracks, gardens and artistic attractions.
The space
This cosy, self-contained guest suite has a comfy queen bed, ensuite, walk in robe and kitchenette. We pride ourselves on being immaculately clean and like to add extra, thoughtful touches to make our guests feel at home.

Please note, our little family lives upstairs, so while we do our very best to keep noise to a minimum, you will likely hear small feet and our muffled voices.

Very clean, comfortable & stylish accommodation with all the kitchenette amenities. There were several nice touches like cold water, coffee pod machine, complimentary drinks and treats for when we arrived including breakfast choices, condiments & much more!Great place and Monique is a helpful & responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend the place for anyone and will definitely look at staying here in the future.

Easy to get to from Hume Hwy.
Convenient location for Southern Highlands.
Clean and tidy and well equipped for a short stay.
Owners communicate quickly and clearly and were very welcoming.
Car space right at the front door.
Happy to recommend and will be rebooking when I need to be back in the area.

General appearance of rooms: Looked fabulous; attention to detail, very clean.
Accessibility & disability parking: Tight parking, no disability access.
Book & check-in: Easy booking; fabulous communication. The keypad code was hard to read in the dark. There was a lovely, personalised welcome hamper for us.
Room size: Small, about 3.5x3.5m; plus WIR and
en suite. No lounge.
Dining: This is on the far side of town; all facilities are a few km away. There may be deliveries.
Breakfast & kitchenette: There is a servery (shelving under the tv, at the foot of the bed), but no dining table.
You must sit on the bed to eat breakfast. Range of teas, coffees, cereals, porridge, toast, fruit & spreads.
WiFi: yes
Extras: none.
