Take in a two-mile overlook of Holmes Creek and watch boats come and go from Hidden Harbor Marina, all from the comfort of your lakefront retreat. With misty mornings, glowing sunsets, and cozy winter ambience, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps up to 10 guests and is perfect for year-round relaxation.

Outdoor Living: Two levels of deck space with breathtaking views, screened-in dining area with heater, multiple seating zones, gas grill, and private hot tub.
Indoor Living: Three Roku-equipped TVs, gas fireplace, dining table, breakfast nook perfect for remote work or games, plus family-friendly board games and activities.

Host was wonderful! Responded to my inquiries promptly. Our large family celebrated Thanksgiving in Captain’s Quarters. We had everything we needed to cook traditional meal. Plenty of seating, comfortable furniture and mattresses. Even a travel bed for baby! The view is incredible. Kids played with toys provided as much as the few they brought from home. Smithville is not far away. Many restaurants, shopping, Walmart, Food Lion, fast food, etc. The kids room has ample size bunk beds, just in case adults need a place to sleep. TV’s in bedrooms served us well! The hot tub was a great treat for everyone. We spent time on the porch, bundled up next to a heater and admiring the view of the lake, playing cards at the table. Tv above the gas fireplace was cozy for watching football games and holiday movies. Captain’s Quarters was perfect and we took away treasured memories of three generations together.

We loved our stay. Beautiful view and property. Had everything we needed and the owners were helpful and accommodating! We came to the area for Burgess Falls (which was breathtaking… we did the hiking overlook trail and then also kayaked with a guide to the base of the falls) It was a great adventure. The property description lists Burgess as closer than it is… it is a 35-40 minute drive but worth it!
