Beautiful timber house "Martin". 4 km from the centre of Otterndorf, on the outskirts, 16 km from the centre of Cuxhaven, 55 km from the centre of Bremerhaven, 18 km from the sea, 200 m from the lake, 600 m from the beach. Private: property 500 m2, well-kept garden with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, café 4 km, bus stop 1 km, grass beach 600 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake 200 m. Tennis 800 m.
