Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Unnaryd, on the outskirts, 22 km from the centre of Hyltebruk, 55 km from the centre of Ljungby, 30 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. For shared use: natural state property 5'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 22 km, bus stop 950 m, railway station "Torup" 33 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 140 km, sandy beach "Unnaryd" 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 22 km, lake Bolmen 7 km. Vorab muß ich sagen, dass wir das erste mal in Schweden waren und somit keinen direkten Vergleich für Schwedische Verhältnisse habe. Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus am See mit Nebenhaus. Also die Lage war herrlich, so wie wir das wollten. die Häuser allerdings waren sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mal abgesehen von der Einrichtung mit zusammengewürfelten Möbeln (mind. 60 Jahre alt) und jede Menge Plastikblumen. In schlechtem Zustand waren die Betten; würde mal sagen so ca. 60 Jahre altes Zeug.... insgesamt auch nicht besonders sauber. Sehr negativ war jedoch das "Bad". Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ja für 6 Personen und dafür gibt es nur eine einzige kleine Toilette mit kleinem Waschbecken und dazwischen ist dann auch noch die Dusche mit nem Vorhang abgetrennt. Also die Gäste im Nebenhaus müssen dann ca. 25 m. zum Haupthaus aufs WC. Das ist schon extrem spartanisch! Keine Spülmaschine, keine Waschmaschine, kein Wäscheständer.Die wunderbare Lage und das tolle Grundstück (ca. 3000 qm. ) macht da schon wiedereineiges gut. Wir hatten zum glück auch schönes Wetter, so dass wir im Freien auch Essen konnten. Reisetipps: Für Naturbegeisterte und Wanderfreunde eine ideale Gegend. Durch das sog. "Jedermannsrecht" kann man auch sehr gut in der Natur campen, schwimmen oder boot fahren.
