Cosy, simple house "Valbergsudden Utsikten". 3 km from the centre of Oskarshamn, on the outskirts, 72 km from the centre of Västervik, in the residential district, 30 m from the sea. For shared use: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced), meadow. Garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 450 m, railway station "Mönsterås" 30 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 315 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"Valbergsudden Utsikten", 1-room house 17 m2. Object suitable for 2 adults. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabeds, dining table and TV. Exit to the veranda. Small, open kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Lawn 100 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.
