Damage Deposit Deets: For groups bigger than 2, a $500 damage deposit is needed upfront.
Inviting Friends: Friends are welcome, of course! Just loop us in before they show up. Visitors, they'll count as an extra guest with extra fees, $30 per guest per night.

It’s an older home with 5 bedrooms and a small kitchen and 3 toilets, 2 showers. It’s very clean and in a good location if you want to travel to Manhattan and not have to pay extremely high prices for lodging. The neighborhood feels humble and safe. Traveled with moms and teens group and felt safe. The Newark Penn train station is large and some areas are better kept than others within the station. There’s a really nice coffee shop half a block from the house where we enjoyed breakfast each day. It was a wonderful stay, thank you!

The place is like the pictures. The living room has a door so it actually looks like a room that they turned into a living room, which also makes it appear as if they really is no living room. There is also no stove but they do provide a hot plate. We were a group of 10 and it worked for us. The beds were comfortable & there were enough bathrooms. We would stay here again. Roy is also great & very accommodating. The location is a bit hard to find but Roy gave us directions from the very beginning so we didn’t have any trouble at all. Thanks!
