This year we came for the 8th time to the apartment and it was as usual, amazing!
The apartment is nearby the center of Desenzano, having a private pool and a beautiful garden is a little piece of heaven. It feels like home away from home after all these years and is too great to gatekeep. The servicelevel of the apartment and of Desenzanoloft is great, they answer mails or what’s app in no time, nothing is impossible and they always try to accommodate. Thats why we keep coming back! Thank you Desenzanoloft for yet another amazing holiday we can’t wait to see you again next year!

Lovely quiet ,clean ,self contained property within a family home.The little contact we had with the home owners was friendly and helpful.
Communication with the agent on departure was sadly very disappointing

My partner and I stayed here during our visit to lake Garda. It is a perfect location and accomodation for anyone to stay. There is a sofa bed although I think it would probably be a bit crowded with more than two people staying. The only faults we had with the property was the lack of kitchen items (e.g. salt, pepper, oil, BBQ tongs etc.) And the bed was quite hard so we put a blanket beneath the sheet. But these are minor complaints in the grand scheme of things. The check in process was great they let us check in early and stay by the pool on our last day before our train to Venice. The people who own the property and live on site are kind, clean and polite. They introduced themselves to us and then left it to us so we had the pool to ourselves the whole time. The private area outside the property is a perfect place to catch some rays or to enjoy your meal.

This was the third time we have stayed here and it was really nice just like the other times.
Because of COVID-19 we had to postpone our holiday last year but we’ve got a great service from Desenzano Loft they booked us this year in stead.
The appartment was nice and has everything you need, near by the center with nice restaurants en shops.
Your own swimmingpool en sunbeds in a nice spacious garden, nothing more to wish for. And to make it even better,such lovely owners who give you your privacy bit are also there if there is a problem.
So for us it is our Home far from Home.
Nothing, i am very happy with the service and contact, always quick reply on my emails and questions.
This is normally often difficult in my experience with travelagents but not with Desenzano Loft, my compliments!!
