外人スタッフが多いにも関わらず対応が素晴らしかったです。

利用はしなかったのですが部屋のお風呂にゴミが付着してたのが気になりました。 あと口コミ情報で朝食を期待していたのですが少しグレードが下がっていて残念でした。

昨日、お世話になりました。 料理も野菜豊富、他の種類も多く美味しく頂きました。設備も綺麗に整備され快適でした♪♪♪ お風呂も広く快適でした。

料理の肉料理が無く残念でした。 又ヨーグルト等も有りませんでした。 フルーツも数が少なく、自分で取れる方式の方が 良いのではと思いました。 フェアは好き好きがあるので フェア3メイン7ぐらいで良いです。 美味しい料理が半額します。

Excellent hotel that is very well maintained and spotless throughout. Spacious room for a family of four, with plenty of space to relax. Friendly and welcoming staff who made our stay very pleasant. Basic toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Outstanding breakfast with a huge variety of both Asian and European options. Without a doubt, the best breakfast we had during our trip to Japan. Free on-site parking with plenty of available spaces and no issues finding a spot. Great onsen facilities available at the hotel. There are several hot baths to choose from, including an outdoor bath, making it a wonderful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Hakone area.

We did not notice any significant drawbacks during our stay. Having a car made getting around very easy, and it took us only about 10 minutes to drive to the ropeway station and other attractions.

Facilities were outdated, dirty, and smelled old and musty in the rooms. There were balls of hair along the hallways and the buildings were clearly in need of updates. This was below my expectation for the price.
