Fully independent apartment (70 m2) on the 1st floor of a house, private shaded garden for your exclusive use with barbecue, 2 bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Very sunny, quiet area. 5 minutes walk from shops, bus and park, 10 minutes drive from the beach ...
Free transfer to the train station or the airport.

Apartment with independent entrance (70 sqm) located on the 1st floor of our house, very bright (3 faces: East, South and West), living room, open kitchen recently equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer) , oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery and full kitchen utensils ...), 2 bedrooms, bathroom, TV with Orange fiber channels, high speed wifi internet, central heating and reversible air conditioning, double glazing and electric shutters ...

The garden :
Private garden for your exclusive use and its amenities: barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, table and chairs bistro, bench, large table and chairs under the pergola.

Area :
We are located 300 m from the park Sant Vicens, 400 m from a very commercial area, 300 m from various local shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, bank), 500 m from several bars and restaurants ...

The apartment is located in a great dead end and you can park your car for free in front of or just near the apartment.

By car, the beach is 12 minutes, the city center is 7 minutes and Spain is 30 minutes.

2 different bus lines pass close to the apartment.

Can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay in Perpignan. Quiet, clean and the hosts thought of everything. Grateful for the coffee, milk, butter left for us to use. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. Close to bus routes but close enough to downtown if you prefer walking.

This comfortable, modern, and well appointed apartment comes complete with a beautiful garden to relax in. The hosts were friendly and provided the information we needed to get around the city. They made it very easy for us! The local treats were an added surprise and very delicious! We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Immaculate well kept apartment in quite suburb. Approx 20 mins brisk walk from city centre. Owners were very helpful . Everything you need for a nice stay including dishwasher and oven with hob etc. One minor niggle was the somewhat erratic shower that was a struggle to keep at an even temperature .

Lovely apartment within walking distance of city centre, parks and local shops. Owners supplied all the essentials such as milk butter, tea, coffee, salt and pepper etc. This was a lovely touch as we have stayed in apartments before with nothing, not even toilet roll!! We would recommend this place. Lots of sights within half an hours drive too.
